1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and offers of IPTV Anbieter (hereinafter “Provider”) via the website https://www.iptv-anbieter.space. By using our services you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Description
The Provider offers an IPTV streaming service that includes the following:
- Access to over 50,000 live TV channels in HD, 4K and 8K
- Sports, film and series content via compatible IPTV players
- Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
- Technical support via WhatsApp and contact form (24/7)
The service is provided over the internet. A stable internet connection (min. 10 Mbit/s for HD) is required. The Provider is not liable for connection failures attributable to the user’s internet connection.
3. Services Not Included
The following are not part of the service:
- Provision of cable connections, satellite dishes or hardware
- Installation of IPTV players on end devices (available on request)
- Content for which no licence exists
4. Contract Conclusion and Terms
The contract is concluded by selecting a plan and paying the corresponding amount. Available terms:
- Monthly: €15 / month
- 3 months: €35 (approx. 22% saving)
- 6 months: €45 (approx. 50% saving)
- Annual: €65 (approx. 64% saving)
Access ends automatically upon expiry of the chosen term. Automatic renewal only occurs if the user actively requests an extension.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
Payment is due before activation of the service. After receipt of payment, access credentials are sent by email or WhatsApp.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
For digital services that are provided immediately after the contract is concluded, the statutory right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of use. The Provider nevertheless offers a goodwill refund policy:
- In the event of technical problems that the Provider cannot resolve, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of conclusion of the contract.

7. User Obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use the service for private purposes only
- Not share access credentials with third parties
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not record or redistribute content without holding the relevant rights
In the event of a breach, the Provider reserves the right to block access without refund.
8. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer
All content transmitted via the service is subject to the copyright of the respective rights holders. The Provider provides only the technical access and is not the author of the content.
The Provider is not liable for:
- Temporary interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
- Quality degradation caused by an insufficient internet connection on the part of the user
- Damage caused by improper use of access credentials
9. Availability
The Provider endeavours to achieve an availability of 99% per month. Planned maintenance work will be announced in advance where possible. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law
The law of the country in which the Provider is based shall apply. For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also apply.
12. Dispute Resolution

13. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions in the event of material changes to the service or for legal reasons. Users will be notified of material changes. The current version is always available on this page.
